If you receive treatment from a healthcare provider, that provider is responsible for HIPAA compliance and will present their own HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. We may enter into a Business Associate Agreement or request written authorization when required by law.

We maintain a high level of confidentiality for all health-related information, even where HIPAA may not directly apply.

6. Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA)
