Thrive Heroes Foundation provides access to support programs made possible through donor contributions and community partnerships. Participation in these programs is subject to available funding, eligibility criteria, and program capacity. Foundation-supported services apply only to self-pay care and cannot be applied to, substituted for, or used to waive insurance copayments, deductibles, or other insurance-related financial responsibilities.
All funding assistance programs are structured in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, including Virginia healthcare advertising guidelines, IRS nonprofit compliance requirements, and relevant anti-kickback and inducement laws. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or financial support. Applicants will be notified of eligibility, placement, and next steps based on program review and available resources.
